Rosette, by SupatGames

Terms

Last updated 15 September 2026.

The short version

Rosette is a game about breeding and showing dogs, made by one person in the UK. Play it, enjoy it, do not cheat, and do not use a name you would not say out loud to a stranger. Anything you buy is a licence to use it inside the game — it is not property, it has no cash value, and it does not survive the game or your account.

These terms are the agreement between you and SupatGames. Using the game means accepting them.

Who can play

You must be 13 or older. Rosette is not designed for children and is not offered to them.

Your account

One kennel per account. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so keep it to yourself.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or at /delete-account. Deletion removes your kennel, your dogs, your records and your balances, and releases your kennel name and affix for someone else to take. It cannot be undone.

Coins, gems and things you buy

Coins, gems and treats are part of the game. They are a limited licence to use them inside Rosette. They are not money, not property, and not yours to sell, trade or transfer outside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchases are made through Google Play, which charges you in your own currency at the price shown at the moment you buy. Prices can change. We do not take or hold your card details and never see them.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought through, under its policy, not by us. If you were charged and the game did not deliver, tell us and we will put it right — that is a delivery failure, not a refund request.

Balances are destroyed when your account is deleted, by you or by us, and are not refunded. If Rosette closes down, unspent balances end with it — which is the ordinary position for a game, and the reason nothing here should be bought as an investment.

Nothing sold in Rosette changes how a dog is judged. Purchases save time, add recognition, or unlock things you could otherwise reach by playing.

Names

Kennel names, affixes and dog names are seen by other players, so they have to be usable in public. No slurs, no sexual content, no impersonation of real people or organisations, no advertising, and nothing designed to harass someone.

Names are filtered automatically when you choose them. The filter is not told to you in detail, deliberately — a filter that explains itself is a filter that can be tuned around.

We may change or remove a name that breaks these rules, and repeat offences can cost you the account.

Playing fairly

Do not:

· modify the game, or use tools, scripts or modified clients to play it
· exploit a bug for advantage instead of reporting it
· sell or buy accounts, kennels, dogs or currency for real money
· run more than one account to trade with yourself
· attack, overload or probe the servers

Finding a bug is not cheating — reporting it is welcome, from Settings → Help us out. Using one repeatedly for gain is.

If something goes wrong through no fault of yours, we would rather fix the game and put your kennel back than punish you for it.

Adverts

Rosette shows optional rewarded adverts: you choose to watch one, and you get something for it. Nothing is taken away if you never watch any.

Adverts come from Google AdMob. Where the law requires it you are asked about personalised advertising before any advert is served, and you can change that answer later in Settings → Privacy.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why and give you a chance to answer — unless the breach is serious, in which case we may act first.

Rosette is in testing and is offered as it is. Features can change or be removed, and the game itself may one day close. We will give notice if that happens, but there is no guarantee it will run for any particular length of time.

The legal part

Rosette is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, lost purchases or lost time in a game.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement — including your statutory refund rights, and your rights under UK data protection law, which the privacy policy sets out.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Continuing to play after that means accepting the new version.
